Meet Our Executive Board
The Mission Vista High School Timberwolves Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of parents, teachers, and administrators.

Board Members
- Financial Secretary – Elizabeth Bickford
- Back-up to treasurer, assists with Booster liaison, research, deposits, bank reconciliation, assists with reports when needed
- Creativity Director – Laura Lowman
- Oversees table set up, materials and decorations if needed, volunteer schedule and directions for school events where Foundation should have visibility (Back to School nights, Registration, Concerts, Plays, Sport and Club Events, etc…..) Hand out Foundation flyers for Back-to-School nights; Responsible for gathering a team to sell at Rock the Hill (This is also closely relevant to Creativity Director)

- Coordinates volunteers for back-to-school registration tables and Back to School night to promote the Timberwolves Foundation, including providing social media and Email outreach to the appropriate board directors and creating applicable handouts for each event.

- Senior Scholarships: Works with the scholarship committee to review Senior Scholarship applications. Make annual updates and responsible for communicating with MVHS Scholarship counselor for due dates for Seniors. (January to April)
- Grant Director: Receives grant requests from school staff, coaches and clubs. Reviews grant requests with administration and Grant Committee to determine if other money is available in the district or school to help pay for grants. Presents Grant Committee recommendations to the board. Notifies grant requestors of boards decisions, informs them how to acquire their funds and requests follow-up and acknowledgement of Foundation from requestors. Provides acknowledgment letters to webmaster and social media member for public posting. (Fall, Winter and Spring)
- Webmaster – Cali Clark
- Maintains website, including updating information on Grants, Scholarships and Events as provided by committees, and other members. Coordinates with the Communication Director in sending out email communications to MVHS Parents and community at large as well as supporting events, teams and committees in sending out flyers or information provided by committees and teams.
- Business/Corporate Relations – Paul Cassidy
- Creating and maintains relationships with corporations/business regarding sponsorships to support the Foundation.

- Posts to all social media sites. Work with Board Members to get pictures and items to post. Submit content for Wolfpack Weekly, Create & Deliver Constant Contact communications
- Parliamentarian – Mario Lyons
- Advises board on adhering to parliamentary processes & meeting procedures. Works with committee to update bylaws as needed. Keeps meetings in order. (Bylaw updates should be every couple of years to fit the needs of the Foundation)

- The Grant Writer(s) serves to research and prepare grants that will provide short-term and long-term financial support to Mission Vista High School.

- Develops a committee and plan for the event and implements.
- Booster Liaison – Rani Zaghloul
- The primary communication lead between the Timberwolves Foundation and booster groups, providing information about Foundation procedures, grants, basket donations, and other Foundation activities and events.
